Meta Merge opBNB Cross-Chain Tutorial
- Open the official zkBridge opBNB cross-chain bridge website (https://zkbridge.com/opbnb?id=nft-bridge) and connect your wallet.
Please ensure that you go through the /opBNB portal instead of the /zknft portal. The /opbnb portal has been upgraded to version 2, while /zknft is still on version 1 and is awaiting the completion of the Pandra event. Thank you!
2. Import an NFT
Fill in the MetaMerge NFT information on the BNB Chain:
Sender Blockchain:
Please choose “BNB Chain”
Contract Address: 0x09FFCbF50741C0184eE683ce4D9eAbC37a4949A5
TokenID: The NFT TokenID for this cross-chain transfer.
In less than a week, zkBridge will support displaying the Meta Merge NFT list for a better user experience:
Click the “Import my NFT” button, and the popup will show the Meta Merge NFT list held in your current wallet on the BNB Chain. Select the NFT you want to bridge across chains and click “Confirm.”
After the NFT import is complete, click ‘Confirm Import’.
Click ‘Next’ to proceed to the next step.
Please note that currently only ONE (1) NFT can be transferred at a time because of the limits on the zkBridge system. We will introduce Batch Transfer functionality in October.
3. Select Receiver Blockchain
Fill in the cross-chain recipient information:
Receiver Blockchain: Choose opBNB Mainnet
Recipient Address: Specify the wallet address to which you want to transfer. By default, it’s the currently connected wallet address.
Click “Next” to proceed to the next page.
4. Initiate Cross-Chain Transaction.
- First, you need to approve the NFT for the zkBridge contract. Click “Approve” and complete the transaction.
- Then, click “Transfer” to submit the cross-chain transaction. zkBridge will charge a small fee.
5. The cross-chain transfer is complete. Wait for opBNB to receive the cross-chain message and complete the NFT minting process. This process may take approximately 1 minute).
